    JOSELITO VILLASIS/PN - A resident of Barangay Lawi, Jordan, Guimaras releases endangered sea turtles back to the sea. Thirty-nine endangered sea turtles were released yesterday. They included 37 eight-month-old hawksbill sea turtles (Eretmochelys imbricata) facing a “very high risk” of extinction, according to the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
