    Flower stands across the San Sebastin Cathedral on Rizal Street, Bacolod City attracts people seeking flowers for their loved ones this Valentine’s Day. From P20 per stem on regular days, the price of roses is now P150. Meanwhile, the prices of a bouquet of roses ranges from P1,000 to P1,500 depending on the number of stems and decorations.
