    These young men and women are among this week’s 25 graduates of Massage Therapy course jointly sponsored by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) at the Estancia Municipal Hall in Estancia, Iloilo with the active support of Mayor Rene Cordero. Massage Therapy is just one of the many short livelihood courses available under the Bottoms-Up Budgeting program of TESDA-DILG aimed at alleviating poverty in the countryside.

Tapestry is a meticulous craft that includes sewing, embroidery or stitching upon a cloth of decorative materials like beads and buttons.
