    President Benigno Simeon Aquino III will cut the ceremonial ribbon opening this new three-storey, 18-classroom high school building in Pavia, Iloilo today. Donated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp., this P40-million structure is the latest addition to existing buildings and other physical layers at the Pavia National High School campus. In his first three-year term as congressman of the 2nd District of Iloilo, Cong. Arcadio Gorriceta has facilitated the construction of many other school buildings in Pavia and other municipalities within his jurisdiction.
